Terms & Conditions

CR&CO is an Australian business operating multiple services, including:

• Scoops Co – physical retail goods
• Memory Link – digital memory vaults, QR-linked tags, subscriptions, and creator support features

Each service may have additional rules disclosed at point of purchase or sign-up.

By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing from any CR&CO service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable service-specific terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account or use our services
• Scoops Co purchases may be made by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a minor
• You must provide accurate, current, and lawful information

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• GST is included where applicable
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe Payments Australia
• CR&CO complies with Australian Taxation Office (ATO) recordkeeping requirements
• Users and creators are responsible for their own tax obligations where applicable

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

However:

• Change-of-mind refunds are not guaranteed
• Refund eligibility depends on the specific service and product
• Service-specific refund rules are clearly disclosed in the relevant service terms and at checkout

• Customers are responsible for making careful purchasing decisions
• Where permitted by law, risk in goods transfers once items are dispatched
• CR&CO is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers, except where required by law

Users must engage respectfully and lawfully. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms, service-specific rules, or applicable laws.

All CR&CO branding, systems, software, and original content remain the property of CR&CO. Users retain ownership of content they upload, subject to licences required to operate the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• CR&CO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss
• Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund where required under ACL
• Statutory consumer guarantees are not excluded

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Scoops Co sells:

• Mystery Scoops (new retail items)
• Pre-Loved Book Scoops (second-hand goods)

Products are randomised and curated, and outcomes will vary.

Purchasing requires careful consideration.

Due to the nature of Scoops Co products:

• ❌ No change-of-mind refunds
• ❌ No exchanges for preference or dissatisfaction
• ❌ No refunds for duplicate, unexpected, or unwanted items

This applies to:

• Mystery Scoops
• Pre-Loved Book Scoops
• Clearance or promotional items

Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

• An item is damaged beyond reasonable repair before dispatch, or
• There is a major failure as defined under the Australian Consumer Law

Normal wear, cosmetic imperfections, or second-hand condition do not qualify.

• Scoops Co ships within Australia only
• Orders are dispatched using Australia Post or equivalent carriers
• We are not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by carriers
• Once an item is lodged with the carrier, delivery risk passes to the customer, except where ACL requires otherwise
• Customers may pursue claims directly with the carrier.

• Products are described as accurately as possible
• Colours and appearance may vary due to screens and lighting
• Pre-Loved books may show signs of use consistent with second-hand goods

Unless explicitly stated:

• Character-themed items are inspired, decorative products
• Scoops Co is not affiliated with brand owners
• Authentic licensed merchandise is clearly labelled

We may cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incorrect information. Refunds will be issued where required by law.
