Our Policy
Scoops Co by CR&CO follows the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for all refunds and returns.
1. No Change-of-Mind Refunds
Due to their nature, the following products cannot be refunded for change of mind:
- Mystery Scoops
- Pre-Loved Book Scoops
- Clearance or final-sale items
These products are randomised or second-hand, and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
2. When Refunds Are Available
You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if an item:
- Is faulty
- Is not as described
- Has a major failure (as defined under the ACL)
- Is significantly different from the listing
Proof may be required (e.g., photographs).
3. Pre-Loved Book Scoops
Please note that books in our Pre-Loved Book Scoops may show normal second-hand wear. Refunds for these items apply only for major undisclosed faults.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
